Spring Loaded Hinges

As is consistent with most of our custom products, hinge costs and the tooling costs associated with customization can be greatly limited through an easy modification of a standard hinge to make it spring loaded. With a spring loaded hinge, knuckles are removed and torsion springs are installed.

Spring Hinges come in two types Spring Loaded Open or Spring Loaded Closed. Spring loads are determined by wire diameter as well as overall length & width of spring.
